Established on February 7, 2006, HSS Advisory Sdn Bhd stands as Malaysia’s foremost business consultancy. Our core expertise includes Tax Services, Tax Audit Services, as well as a wide range of corporate and management consultancy services. We cater to a diverse clientele ranging from family- owned businesses to publicly listed companies.
At the heart of our firm is our founder, Datuk Harjit Singh Sidhu. Serving as the CEO of HSS Advisory, Datuk Harjit has over 34 years of extensive experience in the field of Taxation, with a primary focus on Corporate Advisory, Compliance, Tax Audit, and Investigation. Currently holding the esteemed title of a fellow at the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), he also served as a council member at CTIM from 2014 to 2018.
Datuk Harjit is extensively involved in GST seminars and implementations for Government-Linked Companies (GLC), public companies, and SMEs. He is renowned for his frequent appearances as a speaker on topics related to taxation, including tax advisory, tax planning, and tax audit investigations.
Datuk Harjit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University of Wales. He is a licensed tax agent registered with the Ministry of Finance and has completed courses on GST, obtaining the Customs Certificate of Attendance.
